Millennium Bodies Fitness offers Golf Conditioning and Swing Technique Clinics during the winter months which will produce excellent results in as little as two times a week for 8 weeks. To get you started, we offer a 2 hour seminar to be held at various locations focusing on four key points:

Here at Millennium Bodies Fitness we are dedicated to reversing the trend in youth obesity. We will gladly work with the school system, other local representatives, or parents to build an effective program for youth. Our programs do not emphasize weight training for the young, but rather focus on agility and balance, sound eating habits, and strive to develop interests in our young clients in activities that are fun and an effective means of maintaining a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. ˜ |
