After only an 8 week period, participants in four separate studies experienced an increase in club head speed, a decrease in blood pressure, and   improved body composition.  Participants in these studies who incorporated stretching as well as strength training made greater improvements than those who performed strength training movements alone.

Millennium Bodies Fitness offers Golf Conditioning and Swing Technique Clinics during the winter months which will produce excellent results in as little as two times a week for 8 weeks.

To get you started, we offer a 2 hour seminar to be held at various locations focusing on four key points:

  • Core stability training and conditioning

  • Most effective and efficient resistance training exercises for golfers

  • Proper stretching movements for key muscles in the golf swing, and

  • Integration of off-balance training methods and equipment

We limit these seminars to small group settings of no more than 20 people guaranteeing needed personal attention.  Here is what you get at one of our seminars:

Exercises For the Young Athlete

With physical inactivity and morbid obesity growing at an alarming rate in youth, our communities are in desperate need of effective exercise programs.  Here at Millennium Bodies Fitness we are dedicated to reversing the trend in youth obesity.  We will gladly work with the school system, other local representatives, or parents to build an effective program for youth.  Our programs do not emphasize weight training for the young, but rather focus on agility and balance, sound eating habits, and strive to develop interests in our young clients in activities that are fun and an effective means of maintaining a healthy lifestyle into adulthood.
