Return Policy

Jungle Gyms, Multi-station units, and sale, sample, or discontinued items are not returnable.  Equipment ordered with custom colors or designs are not returnable.  Other pieces are returnable only if they are in the original carton including plastic wrapping, etc. subject to a 20% re-packing fee within one [1] week of the delivery date.

Backorder Policy

Our aim is to not have any items on the site that are not in stock.  When we are aware that an item is out of stock, it is identified as such in the item description.  In the case where a back order is necessary, we will do one of three things for the customer:  1) refund the money immediately, 2) allow the back order to stand for two weeks after which time it will be left to the discretion of the customer whether or not he or she wants to wait any longer or receive a full refund, or 3) we will attempt to offer a substitute item of equal value for the same price.

Shipping Policies

All shipping charges where applicable are curb side delivery.  Inside delivery is available for an additional 10% to 13%.

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged goods are returnable if we are notified within one [1] week of the delivery date.  Goods must be shipped back in the original carton or container.  If the damage is to a sub-part of a larger piece, we will endeavor to ship a replacement part within one [1] week of notification, and we must be notified of the damage within one [1] week of the delivery date.  Replacement parts are shipped free of charge.  Return shipping is at the cost of the consumer.  


Shipping Damages:

All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
